ShellTrack stores operational records needed for shellfish traceability, including users, vendors, customers, lots, shipments, audit records, and tag templates. Payment details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by ShellTrack.
Billing and cancellation
Subscription billing is monthly. Customers can request cancellation or plan changes by contacting ShellTrack support. Refunds are reviewed case by case for billing mistakes or service access issues.
